In this video, our partner Athens Technology Center (ATC) presents how their role in RADON developed new functionalities of the project’s framework and also validated the benefits of the proposed DevOps framework via a use case on travel technology.
As it is explained within the video, ATC applied the principles of the serverless computing paradigm to partially refactor the initial monolithic architecture of a personalized tour planning solution, to transition to serverless and enhance its functionality. In order to achieve this, deep learning techniques were used to train machine learning models and expose them to a common data pipeline, which includes fine-grained and independently deployable functions that efficiently exploit cloud FaaS technologies.
Watch now below our newest video, to get to know how the RADON DevOps framework allowed ATC to accelerate the digital transformation of travel and tourism organizations, and amplify the tourists’ experience when exploring new destinations through continuously evolving and enriching mobile-based applications and solutions.
