3 Tech Events to keep in mind for this year

We have tracked down some significant events for this year that hopefully, we will be able to attend as a project. All organizers are continuously monitoring the COVID-19 situation from local authorities and the World Health Organization and mention that if necessary they will reach to alternative solutions, such as postponement, remote presentations, webinars, etc.

  1. International Conference on Microservices, Bologna – Italy, September 8-10 2020

The International Conference on Microservices is a forum for the discussion of all aspects of microservices: their design, programming, and operations. The conference’s overarching aim is to bring together industry and academia, to foster discussion on practice and research of microservices.

  • Friday 15 May 2020 – Abstract Submission Deadline
  • Friday 26 June 2020 – Author Notification
  • Friday 07 August 2020 – Camera-ready
  • Friday 07 August 2020 – Early bird registration

  1. QUATIC 2020, Algarve – Portugal, September 9-11 , 2020

QUATIC is a forum for disseminating advanced methods, techniques and tools for supporting quality approaches to ICT engineering and management. Practitioners and researchers are encouraged to exchange ideas and approaches on how to adopt a quality culture in ICT process and product improvement and to provide practical studies in varying contexts.   • Monday 1 June 2020 – Short papers submission
  • Monday 15 June 2020 – Notification for short papers:

  1. ICT 2020 – Leading the Digital Age, Cologne – Germany, December 1-3 2020

ICT 2020 is co-organised by the European Commission and the German Presidency of the Council of the European Union, will have the following elements:

  • a high-level conference on digital policies,
  • an exhibition of EU-funded research and innovation projects in the field of ICT;
  • a series of networking activities and many more.
